Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the operating condition of a mobile object by efficiently recognizing the position of the mobile object. SOLUTION: A position information receiving means 21 receives the position information of a mobile object 2 from a satellite 4. A moving distance calculating means 22 calculates the moving distance of the mobile object 2 from position information. A moving distance comparing means 23 compares a preset distance with the moving distance. When the moving distance is longer than the set distance, a communication data generating means 24 generates communication data from the current position information of the mobile object 2. Mobile communication equipment 2a transmits the communication data while converting it to radio communication data. A mobile object position display device 30 receives the radio communication data and displays the position of the mobile object 2.
