PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the reduction of the cost accompanying with the change of the capillary inspecting method. SOLUTION: It comprises an original signal waveform memory 1 for storing drain of data such as electric signal values taken in an inspecting equipment etc., waveform output units 10-13 for displaying signal waveforms with the data train regarded as an original signal initial waveform, a plurality of waveform operators 111-141 for operating the signal waveforms, a waveform operating method memory 4 for storing a definition list defining interlocked operations for propagating when the waveform is operated, and an operation interlock function 5 for propagating the operating condition and interlock operation type to other waveform operator and waveform output units 5 concerning this waveform operator according to the interlocked operation defined in the definition table. The waveform operators change the display of signal waveforms according to the propagated operating condition. The waveform output units re-compute according to the propagated operating condition and interlocked operation type the signal waveforms operated according to the operating condition, and display new signal waveforms obtd. by the re-computation.
