Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate power stably in safety from a gasification furnace generator employing a Stirling engine in a small gasification incinerator. SOLUTION: In a gasification furnace generator equipped with Stirling engine generators 22, 25 operating with waste heat from the secondary gasification furnace out of primary and secondary gasification furnaces, exhaust gas temperature is regulated to a specified level by controlling air supply to the gasification furnace depending on the exhaust gas temperature of the gasification furnace. Output power is regulated to a specified level by controlling air supply to the secondary furnace depending on the oxygen concentration of the gasification furnace. An air preheater 18 absorbs heat from the exhaust gas and warms combustion air being fed to the secondary furnace. An auxiliary heater 20 heats up the secondary furnace before distillation gas is generated from the primary furnace. At the time of starting an engine, an engine starting heater 21 is operated to heat the Stirling engine generator by receiving power from a battery 26. |
