SCREWLESS NAIL ELASTIC FASTENING DEVICE FOR RAIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screwless nail elastic fastening device for rail capable of surely preventing the rail from falling down, miniaturizing a rail brace, having no fear of making the rail brace move in the case where a wire spring clip is mounted and requiring no troublesome work such as machining to floor plate, etc., without requiring skill for mounting work for a clip interlocking metal fixture. SOLUTION: A screwless nail elastic fasthening device for rail is equipped with a rail brace 6 having an approximately L-shaped side, a stopper 9 fixed or monolithically formed on an outside floor plate 2 in the direction of the width of a rail 3 and a wire spring clip 7. A rail jaw section 30 is borne on the bearing end 60 on the front end of the rail brace 6, the upper surface of a rail base section 31 and the outside end face are borne on a bearing stage section 61 located at the central part between both front and rear ends of the rail brace 6, and the rear end of the rail brace 6 is borne on the front end of the stopper 9. The wire spring clip 7 is moved formed on the stopper 9 from the outside in the direction of the width of the rail 3 to interlock the wire spring clip 7 with an interlock section of the stopper 9, the rail brace 6 is pushed downward by elastic restoring force of an approximately inverted U-shape part 71 elastically deforming the wire spring clip 7.
