Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antifouling resin product which has a high antifouling property and maintains the antifouling property over a long time. SOLUTION: An antifouling resin product is prepared by applying an antifouling agent on the surface of a resin substrate wherein an SiO2 -containing filler is exposed at 10% or more, in area ratio, of the surface. In a preparation process of this antifouling resin product, the surface of the substrate comprising a resin material, wherein an SiO2 -containing filler is blended, is removed to expose the filler, and then the surface is coated with an antifouling agent.
