Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both booming and a compression permanent set prevent a malodor and improve tensile properties by vulcanizing a rubber product and then heat-history treating thereof in an inert gas. SOLUTION: A heat-history treatment in an inert gas is conducted, for example, in such a way that a vulcanized rubber product is placed in an oven in a nitrogen gas, an argon gas, a neon gas, a sulfur hexafluoride gas or the like and is then heat-history-treated. The heating temperature and time for the heat-history treatment are usually 100-200 deg.C and 0.1-5 hours, respectively, though they depend on kinds of rubber sources and applications of the rubber product. A polymer having a low polymerization degree mixed in the compound and a residue of the vulcanization product are evaporated and further an effect of oxidative deterioration is removed by such an operation. The rubber composition used as a source material for the rubber product is not limited but one example is obtained by mixing a filler and a vulcanizing agent or the like with a natural rubber and/or a synthetic rubber such as a polysoprene or the like. |
