FOAMED TREATING AGENT FOR PERMANENT WAVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject treating agent precisely usable for hair without scattering of the treating agent when being used, and capable of being coated on the whole hair even if the amount to be used is small by storing the treating agent in a container having a foam-ejecting structure without using a liquefied petroleum gas or a compressed gas. SOLUTION: This treating agent is obtained by storing a treating agent for permanent wave in a container (the one having lowered gas-permeability for stability with time of the treating agent for the permanent wave) having foam-ejecting structure without using a liquefied petroleum gas and a compressed gas. The treating agent for the permanent wave preferably contains 1.0-22.0 wt.% reducing agent such as thioglycolic acid, 0.1-15 wt.% alkali agent such as ammonia, a foaming agent such as an anionic surfactant, 0.01-1.0 wt.% chelate agent such as hydroxyethanedisulfonic acid, a pH regulator such as phosphoric acid and a solvent.
