SOLUTION: The additive essentially contains a water-soluble copolymer obtd. by polymerizing a monomer mixture contg. one or more vinyl monomers (a) comprising a compd. having a polyoxyalkylene chain with 2-3C alkylene oxide added by 2-300 mols on average and one or more vinyl monomers (b) comprising a compd. having a carboxyl, sulfonic acid or amido group or its water-soluble salt.
