Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a gap between a nozzle and a cooling roll. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a tundish 1 which holds a molten metal in its inside and drops the molten metal from a nozzle 2 provided in the lower part, a cooling roll 3 which is provided in the lower side of the nozzle 2 and rotates around a horizontal axial center, a supporting beam 11 which is provided in both ends of the upper width of the cooling roll 3 orthogonally to a cooling roll shaft and supports the tundish 1, a supporting shaft 12 which is provided in parallel to the cooling roll 3 and turnably supports the supporting beam 11, and a turnably driving device 15 which turns the supporting beam 11 and adjusts a gap between the tip end of the nozzle and the surface of the cooling roll.
