Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reform various gases in a wider range of kinds with a smaller-sized apparatus by providing the apparatus with a rotatable liquid contact member having plural through-holes to close a air flow passage and adhering a gas-reforming liquid onto this liquid contact member during the rotation of the member. SOLUTION: When exhaust gases, feed gases, etc., are subjected to a reforming treatment, a gas 3 to be reformed is introduced into the reforming apparatus 1 from an introducing side of the air flow passage 2 and is brought into contact with the liquid contact member 4. Since the liquid contact member 4 rotates at a prescribed speed and the gas-reforming liquid 9 admitted therein from the upper part uniformly dehumidifies its surface inclusive of the inside surfaces of the plural through-holes and, the gas 3 to be reformed and the gas-reforming liquid 9 react efficiently with each other. The gas 3 after reforming is made to flow out of the discharge side of the air flow passage 2 outdoors or into a prescribed room. The reforming apparatus 1 is internally provided with a lamp 8 for a light source to activate a material, such as titanium oxide, sintered on the surface of the liquid contact member 4 and to obtain the decomposition self-cleaning effect of org. materials. |
