Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the structure of the magnetic pole-position sensing means of a permanent magnet DC motor. SOLUTION: In this motor, a circuit board 9, etc., having an element 8 (e.g. a Hall IC) are attached to an end bracket 3b, and a rotor 6 overhangs from an end surface 13b of the core of a stator 2b to the side of the bracket 3b whereto the circuit board 9, etc., are attached. Then, opposing the element 8 to the outer peripheral surface of the end of the rotor 6, the element 8 senses the magnetic poles of permanent magnets 7 fastened to the rotor 6. Hereupon, making attachable the magnetic pole-position sensing circuit board 9, etc., to the end bracket 3b separately from the stator 2b, their insulating space distances between the stator 2b and them can be secured enough, and making them also hard to be affected by the temperature caused by the heat generation of the stator 2b, their high reliabilities can be obtained. Also, making sensible directly the magnetic poles of the rotor 6, their high magnetic pole-position sensing accuracies can be obtained. |
