Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration, to easily perform manufacture without increasing the size of a device, and to simply perform maintenance. SOLUTION: A heat-storage tank 2 is provided near an upper part in a box body 1, a heat exchanger 6 is provided at the lower side of the heat-storage tank 2, and a return path pump 7 and a supply path pump 8 for circulating heat transfer water 21 are provided near a lower part. Also, a return path pipe 24 and a supply pipe path 26 being composed in one piece with the heat- storage tank 2 are provided and are connected to a return path 9 and a supply path 13 in the bottom surface position of the heat-storage tank 2, respectively, thus connecting first and second outflow paths 11 and 14 and at the same time the return and supply paths 9 and 13, reducing trouble and costs for piping without complicating structure and increasing the size of a device, and facilitating maintenance.
