Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature material treating facility which reasonably connects a piping 1 made of Fe-Ni-based low-thermal-expansion-coefficient alloy with a pipe coupling or an apparatus made of stainless-steel. SOLUTION: An extension straight pipe portion 3 made of a same material is provided for a piping 1 made of Fe-Ni-based low-thermal-expansion-coefficient alloy and for a coupling (bent pipe 6, branch pipe 7) or an apparatus (valve 2 or others) made of stainless-steel pipe, and this low-thermal-expansion- coefficient alloy made piping is welded with this extension straight pipe portion 3. The length L (mm) of the straight pipe portion 3 is longer than 0.6 (R×t) , where R is outer radius (mm) of the extension straight pipe portion, and (t) is its thickness (mm). Because different material welding is a welding between the straight pipes, thermal stress distribution can be predicted and stress analysis and piping design become easy. |
