Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solvent compsn. which, unlike chlorinous solvents or CFC-substitute solvents, is free of problems with global environment, such as ozonosphere disruption, global warming, ground water contamination, or air pollution and which is satisfactory in all the characteristics essential for a dewatering solvent, i.e., dewatering ability, water-dispersing ability, water- separating ability, and stamina ability. SOLUTION: This compsn. is prepd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. hydrocarbon with (a) 0.5-5 pts.wt. salt formed from a 6-16C aliph. monocarboxylic acid and a 6-16C aliph. monoamine, (b) 0.5-5 pts.wt. nonionic surfactant, and (c) 0.5-5 pts.wt. 6-16C satd. aliph. alcohol.
