Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high function and high strength or high toughness hydraulic compsn. having surface characteristics such as antifouling property, high hardness and a specular surface state by using at least a hydraulic cement, water and a polycarbodiimide resin. SOLUTION: The hydraulic compsn. contains at least a hydraulic cement such as Portland cement, magnesia cement, alumina cement, mixed cement or natural cement, water and a polycarbodiimide resin synthesized by the decarboxylation condensation of an org. diisocyanate in the presence of a catalyst. The average polymn. degree of the resin is an integer of >=1. The cliisocyanate is, e.g. 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate. Phenyl isocyanate is, e.g. used as a monoisocyanate for controlling the mol.wt. of polycarbodiimide by blocking its terminals. The amt. of the resin is 0.01-30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. hydraulic cement per 1 m hydraulic compsn.
