Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a thickness decrease by forming a cover layer of a quick- hardening metal resin at the installation position of a traverse rail on the surface of a top flange constituting the crane girder of a ceiling crane. SOLUTION: A recess 2 is provided along the longitudinal direction of a traverse rail 41 at the installation position of the traverse rail 41 on the surface of a top flange 1 constituting the crane girder of a ceiling crane. The depth (t) of the recess 2 is set to 1/6-1/10 of the thickness T of the top flange 1, and the width (w) is set larger than the width W of the traverse rail 41. After the recess 2 is blast-processed, a quick-hardening metal resin 3 is filled in the recess 2 so that the surface 3a becomes flush with the surface 1a of the top flange 1 except for the recess 2, and a cover layer of the quick-hardening metal resin 3 is formed. The abrasion of the top flange 1 of the crane girder is suppressed, the high-position dangerous work can be avoided, and the repair cost of the crane girder can be reduced.
