Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the safety of steering operation and spin turn with a simple operation by detecting the turning operation of a turning operating means in deceleration control mode to reduce the vehicle speed by a fixed value, and automatically returning when the turning operation is ended. SOLUTION: A mode changeover switch 72 is switched to deceleration control mode 72b. When a main transmission lever is rotated forward from the neutral position, a forward traveling can be performed at a vehicle speed according to this rotating angle. When a steering lever is fallen to the left or right in this state, a turning operation control switch SW1 is ON according to the inclination of the steering lever to operate a deceleration solenoid 67a. Then, a piston in a hydraulic servo means is moved when a manual selector valve is in forward position, and the inclination of the swash plate of a first hydraulic pump is changed to perform a fixed value deceleration control of vehicle speed. The steering lever is returned to the initial position when the turning is ended, whereby the vehicle speed is automatically returned to a vehicle speed set by the deceleration control mode 72b.
