FITTING STRUCTURE FOR ARTICLE HOLDER TO FRONT PILLAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fit an article holder by forming a recess on a lining member on the inside of a front pillar section, and inserting and fixing the article holder into this recess. SOLUTION: When a large-diameter section 11a at the tip section of a projection 11 is pressed to a hole 4, the large-diameter section 11a is inserted into the hole 4 while being elastically reduced in diameter. When the large-diameter section 11a passes through the hole 4, it is elastically recovered and is hooked on the back side of the hole 4, the projection 11 is fixed to the hole 4, thereby an article holder 5 is fixed to the hole 4. A recess 3 is formed on a lining member 2 on the inside of a front pillar section, the article holder 5 is inserted and fixed into the recess 3, thus the article holder 5 can be surely fitted to the lining member 2 even when the lining member 2 is relatively narrow in width and is formed into a curved surface.
