Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate the switching of a frequency even in the case when a moving station moves into another area by allowing all of the base stations managing an area to use the same frequency and assigning the channel of pertinent each base station to a time-division slot by each base station. SOLUTION: Respective base stations 2 is synchronized with each other by a signal from a controller 4. For example, a base equipment 2a performs transmission by the slot of a frequency F1 and when a slot 1 is finished, the equipment 2a interrupts transmission and resumes transmission at the time of a next slot 1. Similar operation is repeated also in receiving operation. Whichever speaking area a moving equipment 1 exists in, the equipment 1 transmits a frequency f1 and receives a frequency F1. Then, only by monitoring the receiving frequency F1, the equipment 1 can recognize a speaking area where the equipment itself exists corresponding to a received slot and can transmit by the transmission slot of the frequency f1 corresponding to the receiving slot at the time of transmission.
