Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the sticking device which can easily and accurately position and stick optical elements together with a simple configuration and can reproduce a defect even that the stuck optical elements have in such a case. SOLUTION: A work 4 consisting of a set of optical elements is irradiated with light in a nonsensitive wavelength range from a light source part 2 through, preferably, a scattered light path 2a and a spot light path 2b. The state wherein the light is transmitted through the work 4 is inputted by an image input part 3 and a positioning information generation part generates a position shift of the work 4 as positioning information. According to this information, a positioning part 1 positions the respective optical elements. Then the work 4 is irradiated with light in a photosensitive wavelength range through the spot light path 2b and the optical elements which constitute the work 4 are partially stuck with a photosetting adhesive.
