Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which has a flexibility so as to be surely stuck to a surface of a matter to be adhered, can be cut easily with hands, and can be peeled when it is not necessary without being cut. SOLUTION: For the porous base material, in a porous tissue material constituting a paper-pressure sensitive adhesive tape, a ratio of tensile strength in a paper width direction of the first layer to tensile strength in a paper flow direction is 5% to 30%, a ratio of tensile strength in a paper width direction of the second layer to tensile strength in a paper flow direction is 40% to 100%, a total of basic weights of the first layer and the second layer is 20 to 60 g/m , and the porous tissue material is fixed by being impregnated with an impregnating agent by 15 to 18% of basic weight of the porous tissue material by dry weight.
