Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat insulating panel of good dimensional precision by a method wherein after pouring a foamable synthetic resin into a case body from a through hole foaming the synthetic resin, it is passed between a pair of slat conveyors or roll conveyors held at a specific distance. SOLUTION: A case body A is heated at, for example, 40 deg.C by passing through a high frequency heater 8. Then, a through hole 55 communicated to a small case body 52 is provided to one side face material 6 of the case body A with a drill 72, a nozzle 71 is inserted through the through hole 55, and foamable polyurethane resin is poured from a foaming device 7 foaming the resin. The case body A in which foamed material is filled thus is passed between slat conveyors 86, 86 held at almost the same distance as a thickness of the case body A at, for example, a speed of 2 m/min. Therefore, the face material 6 is held at almost the same distance as a thickness of a heat insulating panel 2 with a pair of the slat conveyors 86, 86, and can not be warped. A roll conveyor also suffices in place of the slat conveyor.
