FOUNDATION BLOCK OF BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a leveling by use of a foundation block while effectively utilizing a site area. SOLUTION: A foundation block 10 is formed of a vertical part 20 to be vertically set and a horizontal part 30 to be horizontal set. The horizontal part 30 is protruded to only one side of the vertical part 20, whereby the foundation block 10 has a substantially L-shaped vertical end surface form. Cutout parts 21 are provided on the vertical middle parts in both ends of the vertical part. The vertical part 20 has two vertical part bolt holes 25, 25 extending through vertically downward from the cutout part 21. The horizontal part 30 has at least one horizontal part bolt hole 35 extending through vertically. Foundation bolts 40 are inserted to the vertical part bolt holes 25 and the horizontal part bolt hole 35. The surface on the anti-horizontal part 30 side of the vertical part 20 is set to conform to the boundary 60 of a site, and the foundation bolts 40 are rotated to perform the leveling.
