Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the loss of a striking roller, even when the striking roller is contacted to the end face of a plate member, when the clamping condition of a clamp device is released, and the clamp device is moved in the horizontal direction along the end face of the plate member. SOLUTION: A slide shaft 27 is provided movable to a guide member 23 provided at one side of a clamp device 1, a striking roller 29 is provided at one end of the slide shaft 27, while a stopper bolt 33 is provided at the other end of the slide shaft 27 so as to abut to the abutting surface 31 of the guide member 23 in a normal condition, while the striking roller 29 is slightly projected to the standard surface of a positioning member, and a noncontact sensor 41 to detect that the abutting condition of the stopper bolt 33, and the abutting surface 31 of the guide member 23, is released is also provided.
