ACCELERATING ACCUMULATION CONVEYOR CHAIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerating accumulation conveyor chain which can exhibit a smooth accelerating function and an accumulating function without requiring excessive chain driving force, eliminate noise such as loading and sliding sound caused by the shortage of lubricant for a chain, and let inspection and maintenance be simple. SOLUTION: A large diameter loading roller 15 and small diameter running rollers (16) and 16 are coaxially and loosely fitted into a sintered and oil containing bush 11 in which a connection pin 12 for a plate is loosely fitted. Since a gradual oil releasing action is performed, which allows lubricant to be slowly emitted from the sintered and oil containing bush 11, the whole of a chain can be run by small chain driving force in a state that a low frictional coefficient can be kept stable in the loosely fitted-in part of the bush 11 with respect to the loading roller 15 and the running rollers (16) and 16, and in the loosely fitted-in part of the bush 11 with respect to the connecting pin 12, so that an accelerating function and an accumulating function can thereby be exhibited by the loading roller 15 and the running rollers 16.
