Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line short-circuit compensator with which the control of transmission in the domain of line normality is compensated while excluding a transmission line short-circuitting domain, the effect of short- circuitting occurrence is suppressed to a minimum and the cost-down and miniaturization of a system can be attained. SOLUTION: This device is provided with short-circuit detecting and disconnecting means 5 and 6 for detecting the short-circuit of a low-order side transmission line and disconnecting this transmission line, low-order transmission control transmission circuit 7 to the low-order side while utilizing the other normal system when short-circuitting is detected and the line is disconnected, high-order side high-order transmission control reception circuit 1 and line disconnecting circuits 2 and 3 under transmission control utilizing the other normal system, low-order side high-order transmission control reception circuit 1 and system mixer circuit 4 under transmission control utilizing the other normal system.
