Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the lowest condensation temperature further than that, used in a conventional method employing one-step condensation, make no need of a refrigerator even in the case a refrigerator is used in a conventional method, and heighten the temperature of refrigeration even in the case a refrigerator is used by separating the condensation process into a first process of concentrically condensing components with high boiling points and a second process of concentrically condensing components with low boiling points. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a distillation tower 1, a line 7 to supply evaporated gaseous components from the distillation tower 1 to a first condenser 2, the first condenser 2, a line 10 to take out a liquid enriched with components with high boiling temperature, a dry type vacuum pump 3 communicate with the first condenser 2 to, suck gaseous components out of the distillation tower 1 and the first condenser 2 by decreasing the pressure of the tower 1 and the condenser 2, a line 9 to send the gaseous components coming out of the dry type vacuum pump 3 to a second condenser 4, the second condenser 4, and a line 11 to take out of a liquid enriched with components with low boiling temperature. Two or more volatile components with different boiling points are separately recovered from a system containing those volatile components. |
