SOLUTION: This capsule toner consists of a core material containing a core resin and fine wax particles as well as a coloring agent and an electrification controlling material, and a shell material. The volume average particle size (D50) of the toner is 5.0 to 15.0 μm. The core resin has a max. in each region of 1.0×10 to 2.0×10 and 20.0×10 to 80.0×10 in the weight mol.wt. distribution and has 25.0 to 55.0 deg.C glass transition temp. (Tg).
