Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect even small contamination regardless of color that a target itself has, by providing a fluorescent reagent onto the target surface where contamination containing protein adheres to and then applying ultraviolet rays, and observing fluorescence intensity from the surface. SOLUTION: Fluorescamin, vanillin, or the like is used as a fluorescent reagent. In the case of fluorescamin, it is allowed to react with protein at normal temperatures. On the other hand, in the case of vanillin, it is provided on a target surface and then is heated to a specific temperature for sufficient reaction. A fluorescent reagent is provided by spraying onto the target surface. Articles around water include a room-constituting material of a toilet or the like and an indoor facility. The indoor facility includes a toilet stool made of ceramics or the like such as an excrement toilet stool, a kitchen sink, and the like. For judgment, for example, fluorescamin is sprayed onto the contaminated target surface containing protein, and ultraviolet rays are applied, thus observing fluorescent intensity from the target surface.
