SOLUTION: In an attaching structure for a vibration-proof fitting in which an inner cylindrical fitting 11 of the vibration-proof bushing 1 press-fitted and fixed in the bore of a cylindrical part 21 formed in an end part of a control rod 2, is fitted onto a bolt 31 integrally incorporated with an axle housing 3, and a nut 32 is fastened onto the distal end part of the bolt 31 so as to attach and fix the bushing 1 to the axle housing 3, a projecting part 11a is formed on an end face of the inner cylinder fitting 11, which abuts against the axle housing 3.
