Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of refractory in a smelting reduction furnace, in which the flow-out of molten material to the outside of the furnace is prevented, in the refractory structure at a discontinued portion of an iron shell surrounding a water-cooling panel and the refractory at the furnace bottom in the smelting reduction furnace. SOLUTION: The smelting reduction furnace for iron raw material is provided with plural lower tuyeres and upper tuyeres at each of both sides of the lower part in a reaction vessel 4 and the upper part and a molten iron pool part and a slag pool at the lower part in the reaction vessel, and the water-cooling panel 5a surrounded with the upper iron shell 6 of the reaction vessel 4, is connected with the side wall 3b of the furnace bottom refractory 3a surrounded with the lower iron shell 2 at the furnace bottom. In such a case, a flange 2 is arranged at the lower end of the upper iron shell 6 and a copper-made water-cooling panel 5b is arranged at the lower part of the flange 7. |
