Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cement based roof tile having excellent quick setting property, low shrinking property and dimensional stability for a short time by incorporating a fired material containing C11 A7 .CaCl2 , C2 S and/or C3 S and gypsum. SOLUTION: The fired material containing 10-40 wt.% C11 A7 .CaCl2 and C2 S and/or C3 S is obtained by firing one or more kinds of raw materials selected form municipal refuse incineration ash and sewage sludge incineration ash at 1200-1500 deg.C. The cement based roof tile is obtained by blending 1-30 pts.wt. gypsum, 0.1-3.0 pts.wt. inorganic or organic retarder, sand, water and if necessary an inorganic pigment, a chemical admixture and the like with 100 pts.wt. fired material, kneading and forming. As a result, the application of the eco-cement, which has various limitations such as inapplicability to the mortar.concrete containing reinforcement, is extended while making use of the excellent properties of the eco-cement and the effective use and the recycling of waste materials are accelerated.
