PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container which is convenient for use as a container to contain a non-liquid body by facilitating the re-sealing from a condition where all seals of a top sealed part are peeled off, and unsealed to form an opening part of approximately same size as the sectional area of a body part. SOLUTION: An opening part is closed by valley-folding a diagonal folding line of a gable wall panel to lap gable wall side top part seal panels 31, 32 and transverse wall side seal panels 33, 34 across at right angles each other, and the gable wall side top part seal panels 31, 32 and the transverse wall side seal panels 33, 34 press four ridge-shaped inclined panels A, D of gable wall side top part seal panels 31, 32 and transverse wall side seal panels 33, 34 of a gable wall panel and a transverse wall panel 23, 24 to be formed by the diagonal folding line while they are twisted to the left or the light, and the re-sealing becomes possible by stabilizing each apex of four ridge-shaped inclined panels so as to be approximately butted against each other at a point below a horizontal plane to which an upper part of the body part belongs.
