SOLUTION: An outgoing postcard 1 is formed of an outgoing postcard section 2 and a reply postcard section 3 continued each other with a fold cutting-off perforation 4, and the outgoing postcard section 2 is formed of an outgoing postcard cover piece 5 and an outgoing postcard back piece 6 continued together with a folding section 7 (displayed by a virtual line) as a boundary. A pseudo-bonded body 15 formed of perspective sheets 8 and 9 pseudo-bonded each other releasably on one of overlapping faces when the outgoing postcard cover piece 5 and the outgoing postcard back piece 6 are overlapped, while a bonding agent 12 and a release paper 13 are provided on an exposed face of the sheet 9 of the pseudo-bonded body 10, and a card section 14 forming a member card is divided from the outgoing postcard piece 6 on which the pseudo-bonded body 10 is stuck by a slit 14a. A masking label to be released and stuck again is stuck on back 5b of the outgoing postcard piece 5 by the bonding agent, and a masked information forming section to be covered by the masking label is formed on the given section of the reply postcard section 3. |
