MANUFACTURE OF HONEYCOMB CORE FILLED WITH FOAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily alter a packing ratio of a foam with an excellent manufacturing cost by smoothly and effectively manufacturing a honeycomb core filled with the foam without buckling a cell wall, and concentrating and simplifying manufacturing steps. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a honeycomb core comprises the steps of sequentially alternately laminating a wavy data 8 and a foamable adhesive sheet 10, then heating, and pressuring it. Thus, opposed tops and bottoms of the plates 8 are adhered with an adhering part 11 formed of melted and cured foamable adhesive sheet 10, and the core of an aggregate of cells 13 with the plates 8 a cell walls 12 is manufactured. In the case of manufacturing, the sheets 10 disposed at the cells 13 and the sheets 10 extruded to the cells 13 side are foamed and the foam 6 formed at the cells 13 are filled.
