Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold pressure of an extrusion dough in a molding stabilized region and to perform molding at a higher speed than the conventional one by taking off eventually a molded board at a lower speed than the extrusion speed while the extrusion speed and the taking off speed are alternately increased. SOLUTION: In a method for preparation wherein a wooden material such as wood powder and paper powder and a molding material consisting of a thermoplastic resin are kneaded and the mixture is molded by extrusion, a extrusion dough, 19 extruded to an extrusion die by the number of revolutions of a screw in a molding stabilized region of an extruder 10 is gradually cooled to prepare a molded board 32 and the molding stabilized region is adjusted by taking off the molded board 32 by a lower speed than the extrusion speed.
