WIRE GUIDE ROLLER FOR WIRE SAW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire guide roller for a wire saw, capable of being manually easily loaded on a rotary shaft when the guide roller tightened, protecting a wire from fracture without causing rotational vibration of the guide roller by interference fitting, and seceering accuracy in the wire guide roller for wire saw, which guides travel of a wire by the roller body fitted on the totary shaft. SOLUTION: A wire guide roller is provided with an urethane rubber roller body 2 fitted on a rotary shaft 11. A wire 10 is guided by a ring-like recessed froove 3 provided on the outer periphery of the roller body 2 to travel, and a ring member 4 made of hard material such as metal is filled in the inner periphery of the roller body 2. Plural projections 5 are projectingly provided at suitable intervals, preferably at equal intervals circumferentially on the inner periphery of the roller body 2. The projections 5 allow the roller body to be interference-fitted on the rotary shaft 11 with an interference.
