Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover mounting structure of a vehicle seat which prevents hook-and-loop fasteners from peeling easily from their respective longitudinal ends. SOLUTION: A bottom surface at the longitudinal end of a grooved part 6 is formed into an inclined face 15 which is inclined downward toward the end and therefore a part (f) of peeling load F applied to the longitudinal end of one hook-and-loop fastener 12 works in a shearing direction along the other hook-and-loop faster 9 on the inclined surface 15. Therefore, the bonding strength of the hook-and-loop fasteners 9, 12 is enhanced to enhance the mounting strength of a cover 4.
