POWER SYSTEM MONITOR, CONTROLLER AND STORAGE MEDIUM RECORDED WITH PROGRAM FOR EXECUTION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save storage resources of a computer and make efficient transmis sion possible, by the control of a command name with a command name agent written with the content of changes to the state of an equipment on a power monitoring network. SOLUTION: A command name agent is prepared in an agent operation area 103 based on an agent preserving means 105 so that an operator of a computer A 101-1 can prepare a command name with a means 102 for preparing a command name of a computer 101, and then can transmit the command name correctly to another computer B101-2. The prepared command name agent is moved to an agent operation area 103 of the computer B 101-2 through the agent operation area 103 and information transmitter 104 of the computer A 101-1, a power monitoring and controlling network 106, and an information transmitter 104 of the computer B 101-2. By this method, each computer needs not have its own means for expanding a command name and therefore computer storage resources can be saved.
