Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cracks in a toroidal magnet, when resin is injection- molded integrally to the toroidal magnet. SOLUTION: A cylindrical resin mold 2 is injection-molded into monoblock so as to tightly contact the inner periphery side and the outer periphery side of a toroidal magnet 1. Through the monoblock injection-molding, the toroidal magnet 1 and the resin mold 2 are consolidated. By the presence of the resin mold, the toroidal magnet is protected from molding pressure at injection- molding. A groove may also be provided in part outside the toroidal magnet, and a resin mold is molded in the groove part. |
