Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, enabling the variable range of frequencies to be widened without lowering the acceleration efficiency, and free from dispositional interference of ferrite tuners with peripheral apparatuses. SOLUTION: A high-frequency acceleration cavity is equipped with a beam duct 2 that causes two acceleration gaps 1, 1 for accelerating the beam to communicate with each other in a beam axis direction AX and three ferrite tuners 3a, 3b, 3b for variably adjusting the resonance frequency of a high-frequency signal for beam acceleration. The three ferrite tuners 3a, 3b, 3b are dispersedly connected to a middle part in the beam axis direction AX of the beam duct 2 and to other parts thereof.
