Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply high accelerating voltage to a cathode connected with the electric circuit while earthing the electric circuit by an innovatory method for exciting a laser cathode ray tube and a laser screen and to simplify an electric circuit and lower the manufacturing cost of the apparatus to be employed for a laser cathode-ray tube. SOLUTION: This laser cathode-ray tube comprises an electron gun 1 having a cathode 3 for generating electron beam, a laser screen 5 having a laser target of a semiconductor plate, a focusing system 8 for focusing electron beam on the laser target 6, a deflection system 9 for deflecting electron beam, and a cooling system for cooling a laser target 6, and the cathode 3 is practically connected with an earth potential and the laser target 6 is connected with a high positive potential. |
