PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sound-scape function to record various background sounds to a sheet of recording medium by repeatedly reproducing the background sound from a second recording medium by a second reproducing apparatus during the period while the first reproducing apparatus is reproducing the main music signal from the first recording medium and then mixing the main music signal and background sound signal. SOLUTION: First and second disk players 10, 20 and a tuner 30 output the reproduced audio signals AS1, AS2 and the receiving audio signal AS3. A mixer circuits 41, 43 mix the signals AS1, AS2 and signals AS2, AS3 to output the audio signals MX1 an MX2. When the sound-scape function is operated, a controller 44 selects only one of the signals AS1 to AS3, MX1, MX2 via the selector 42 and then supplies the selected signal to an amplifier 50. In this case, a player 20 can repeatedly reproduce the background sound selected from a background sound recording disk on which a plurality background sounds are recorded.
