Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the working for shaping a lateral hole and an end surface, and to lower the cost by forming shape of at least one of inner surface of one part of a lateral hole opened in an end surface and end surface with forging. SOLUTION: An end surface of a support shaft 4, of which lateral hole 13 opened in an end surface thereof is blocked, is formed with a slit 18 and a chamfer 19. These slit 18 and chamfer 19 and a large diameter part 20 are formed simultaneously at the time of forging for forming an outline of the support shaft 4. After the forging, cutting and grinding are performed so as to finish the shaping of the lateral hole 13, and while the lateral hole 13 and a branch hole 14 are drilled by a drilling machine. Cutting and grinding for finishing the shape of the support shaft 4 are necessary processes, and cutting work of each lateral hole 13 and branch hole 14 can be performed in each one process. Consequently, processes for separately working the slit 18, the chamfer 19 and the large diameter part 20 can be saved so as to facilitate the working.
