Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower block structure which can reduce the vibration of an internal combustion engine by combining the merit of a crank shaft bearing integrated with a lower block of ladder shape. SOLUTION: An integral crank shaft bearing part 4b with a lower block 4a joined with the undersurface of a cylinder block is casted and integrally formed, whereby a deformation of the crank shaft bearing part 4b can be suppressed in the explosion stroke of an internal combustion engine, which leads to suppressing the vibration of a crank shaft and also vibration of the engine. A surface unevenness is formed in the coupling part of the lower block 4a with the crank shaft bearing part 4b, and thereby a projection (or recess) formed at the lower block 4a is coupled at the time of casting with a recess (or projection) formed at the crank shaft bearing part 4b, and the coupling of two members is made sturdy, and it is possible to suppress the deformation of the crank shaft bearing part 4b to lead to suppression of the vibration of the crank shaft. |
