PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent from being seen going in and out of a toilet and the like from a vestibule when a hallway, the toilet and the like are arranged in one lot to make arrangements of these small sections efficient. SOLUTION: A hallway 13 is provided on the inner part of the vestibule 10 and a kitchen and sanitary part 20 is provided on farther inner part of the vestibule 10. The kitchen and sanitary part 20 is provided with a bathroom 21, a lavatory 22 and a toilet 23. Among the sections in the kitchen and sanitary part 20, the toilet 23 is provided most closely to the vestibule 10 and a toilet 23 wall facing the hallway 13 is extended and formed an indoor wing wall 30 whose one end is opened and not joined to other walls. An entrance 23b to the toilet 23 and an entrance 22a to the lavatory 22 are screened from the vestibule 10 side by the indoor wing wall 30.
