SOLUTION: In loading powder ore excellent in pelletizing property, powder ore poor in pelletizing property, miscellaneous raw materials, and miscellaneous heat source, or the like in an ore-bedding manner in an ore-bedding yard 6, water is added to sintering raw material dropping from a raw material discharge part of a boom conveyor 12 of a blending stacker 5, and stored in the ore-bedding yard 6 for a specified period, and then, the ore-bedded raw materials are charged in a blending tank 8. Water is mainly added to the ore excellent in palletizing property at the raw material discharge part of the boom conveyor 12 of the blending stacker 5.
