Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a work to assemble building material, being a winding part for a shutter for a building by eliminating labor and time for a worker and to perform an assembly work for building materials of different kinds. SOLUTION: In a wheel member 7 being a first member to constitute the winding parts of a shutter for a building by coupling by a plurality of bar members being second members juxtaposed with each other, a distance between two holes 11 (11A, 11B) being a recessed part has kinds of L1 and L2. Two pins 39 serving as a protrusion part positioning the wheel member 7 by fitting to the hole 11 (11A, 11B) in a holding member to hold a wheel member 7 are provided. The shapes of the pin 39 and a distance therebetween correspond to the overlapping shape of and the distance between the holes 11 (11A and 11B) of a plurality of kinds of the wheel members 7 partially overlapped with each other.
