Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modularization technology for reducing expenses for a linear RF power amplifier used in a radio communication system and reducing complexity. SOLUTION: A feedforward multicarrier linear(FML) RF power amplifier has several modules. Each of these modules has part of a circuit of the conventional MLRF power amplifier. A circuit of the standard FMLRF power amplifier is divided into modules, (1) high power parts are separated from low power parts, and (2) parts operating in a narrow frequency band is separated from the one operating in a wide band frequency. When the circuit of conventional FMLRF power amplifier is separated and these standards are satisfied, the FMLRF having three modules in some embodiments can be improved. |
