WIRE HARNESS MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system by which a wire harness can be easily manufactured by anyone. SOLUTION: This system implements wire harness manufacturing work instructions by using a network and comprises: a wire clamp pole having a plurality of clamps; a jig having an indication part corresponding to each the clamp; a first computer 11 which controls wire harness manufacturing data; a second computer 12 which adds wire clamp position data and the like to data received from the first computer 11; a third computer 14 which compares the wire clamp position data and the like with master data; a forth computer 15 which assigns the wire clamp position data dealt with the third computer 14 to each the wire clamp pole; one on more servers 21-23 which supply the data mentioned above to a lower-ranking network; a plurality of information terminal apparatuses for controlling 27-33 which are connecting to the servers 21-23 to require necessary data for a job; and scanners 36-38 which input No. of the clamp pole tn a certain information terminal apparatus.
